In contrast, forgiveness can help us cultivate a sense of empathy and compassion and open our hearts to understanding the forgiveness God has given us. The benefits of forgiveness are not just spiritual, but also physical and emotional. Research has shown that forgiveness can lead to reduced stress, improved immune function, and better overall health. In this class, we will learn what forgiveness is and what it is not. We will let the Bible be our guide as we learn scriptural forgiveness.
