Description: The Bible has a lot to say about music. It has been said that “music is a universal language.”
Music is definitely a language and is used to communicate many things. Music can communicate good
things, and it can communicate bad things. In this course, you’ll be taught from the scripture what good
music is. You will also learn lessons such as who created music, when it was created, the purpose for
which it was created, and for whom it was created! Within the Bible, there is one whole book that is a
compilation of songs called the Psalms. God is the greatest songwriter ever. Scriptural truths about music
will be presented in a clear and confident way in this course. Both the novice and the scholar will glean
from this class.
