In Seeking Counsel Lab 1, you will be required to seek 13 different types of counsel. The Bible teaches us very clearly that it is wise to seek counsel because those who do so get understanding and wisdom which are qualities that are imperative for success. This lab should be approached with a serious mind. Not only do we get our counsel from the Word of God, but we get it from other wise people. It is best for the Christian to have a cabinet of counselors with whom they counsel on a regular basis. By seeking counsel properly, you will also equip yourself with the ability and wisdom to help counsel others. Jesus was a counselor as were many of the other great leaders in the Bible. Let us approach these projects with sober thinking and purpose of heart.
