His perspective on this topic is unique in that he was a bus rider himself and eventually became a bus captain and later a bus director. Although the material contained in this course pertains primarily to the work of the bus ministry, this class will help you to develop a greater heart of compassion, to develop better Christian character, and to inspire others in the church to become more involved. Dr. Young will teach you how to start a bus route from scratch, how to handle the discipline problems of the bus riders, and how to minister to the parents of the bus riders so that you can reach the entire family.
